For monthly bookkeeping clients, ASU closes and reconciles your books within the first two weeks of the following month. You receive your P&L, Balance Sheet, and agreed-upon reports by mid-month. Clients who need more frequent reporting — weekly cash flow updates, for example — can arrange that on a custom basis.

Every monthly bookkeeping client receives a Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows. Additional reports — AR aging, AP aging, budget vs. actual, payroll summaries — are available as add-ons. All reports are delivered through QuickBooks Online or by secure email on a consistent monthly schedule.

Absolutely. You retain full access to your QuickBooks account at all times. ASU works within your QuickBooks — we don't take it over. You can log in, run reports, check balances, and send invoices whenever you want. We keep everything accurate and reconciled in the background.

No. ASU has never required long-term contracts in over 25 years of business. All services are month-to-month. We earn your business every month by delivering accurate, responsive service — not by locking you in. You can add, change, or cancel services at any time with 30 days' notice.
